Other than circumstances such as serious threats to health and safety, we do not share any personal information that you provide to us. Your name, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Green Cottage Chamarel Co Ltd.

You may opt out of further contact from us at any time by contacting us via email.

4. Photos & Media

We love taking photos and videos of our clients during tours. These may be used in our marketing materials and social media. If you prefer us not to use your photos and videos in our publicity, please let us know via email before or during your tour.

5. Loyalty Programme

Loyalty benefits are applied as follows: 5% discount after one completed tour, 10% discount after two completed tours, and 20% discount after three or more completed tours. Discounts apply to future bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated. Green Cottage Chamarel Co Ltd reserves the right to review and update the Loyalty Scheme and its Terms & Conditions on an annual basis.

6. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 5 years. Please contact us at the time of booking to use your voucher. Vouchers cannot be purchased with the loyalty discount. The loyalty discount can be used at the point of tour purchase in conjunction with vouchers.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Mauritius law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
